Distance Selling AgreementThis contract has been drawn up in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.Article 1 – Parties1.1 order through the Seller's e-commerce site.Buyer's name-surname, address, telephone and e-mail information are declared during the order.Article 2 – Subject of the AgreementThe subject of this contract is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product or service ordered electronically by the Buyer from the Seller's electronic commerce site.The basic characteristics of the product subject to the contract, the sales price and the payment method are stated on the order page and in the order confirmation e-mail.Article 3 – Product/Service InformationThe type, quantity, brand/model, color, quantity, sales price including VAT, payment method and delivery information of the product or service subject to the contract are included in the order summary and confirmation e-mail.Product images are representative and may differ from the actual product.Article 4 – General ProvisionsThe Buyer accepts that he/she has read and informed the preliminary information regarding the basic characteristics of the product subject to the contract, the sales price, payment method and delivery, and that he/she has given the necessary confirmation electronically by placing an order confirmation.The product subject to the contract will be delivered within 15 business days at the latest from the order date, provided that the legal 30-day period is not exceeded.The product will be delivered to the address specified by the Buyer in the order form or to the person/organization at the address specified.The seller undertakes to deliver the product subject to the contract completely, in accordance with the qualifications specified in the order and with warranty documents, if any.Article 5 – DeliveryDelivery is made according to stock availability and as soon as possible after the payment is received by the Seller.Even if the Buyer is not at the address at the time of delivery, the Seller is deemed to have fulfilled his obligation fully and completely.This is valid if the cargo company keeps a report.Delivery costs are the responsibility of the Buyer unless otherwise stated.The seller clearly states the shipping cost on the order page.Article 6 – PaymentThe Buyer can pay the order amount by bank transfer/EFT, credit card or other payment methods offered by the Seller.In payments made by credit card, card information is not stored by the Seller;The payment transaction is carried out through a PCI DSS compliant payment infrastructure.Article 7 – Right of WithdrawalThe buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the product subject to the contract to himself or to the person/organization at the address indicated, without giving any justification and without paying any penalty.In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Seller must be notified by e-mail (info@allka.com.tr) within this period and the product must be returned within the framework of the provisions of Article 8.The product price will be refunded to the Buyer within 14 days after the notice of right of withdrawal reaches the Seller.Return shipping costs belong to the Buyer.Article 8 – Products for which the Right of Withdrawal cannot be exercisedIn accordance with Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases:Specially produced products prepared in line with the Buyer's wishes or clearly personal needsProducts that may spoil quickly or expireProducts whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal and package have been opened after delivery and which are not suitable for return in terms of health and hygiene.Products that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated due to their natureInstalled or assembled products (automation systems, door motors, etc. after installation)Article 9 – WarrantyIf the product subject to the contract is defective, the Buyer may exercise his rights regarding the defective product in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502.Warranty certificate, if any, is delivered with the products.Article 10 – Dispute ResolutionIn disputes arising from this contract, Consumer Arbitration Committees are authorized up to the value declared by the Ministry of Commerce every year, and Consumer Courts are authorized in disputes above this value.Applications are made to the competent authorities in the Buyer's place of residence or the place where the consumer transaction is made.Article 11 – EnforcementBy approving the order, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement.The Seller submits this contract text to the Buyer for approval before the
